Daphne Trimble, Conservatives and Unionists candidate for Lagan Valley, has challenged the DUP to come clean with voters and confirm or deny if they support Gordon Brown and five more years of a Labour Government.

Daphne Trimble, the Conservatives and Unionists candidate for Lagan Valley in the forthcoming Westminster election has responded to recent comments made by Peter Weir at last week's Lagan Valley DUP AGM, and reported in the Ulster Star.

Commenting on the possibility of a hung Parliament Conservatives and Unionists Westminster candidate Daphne Trimble has said that far from giving Northern Ireland more influence it would actually result in political indecision which would hurt us all.

Commenting on the DUP's latest list of pledges Conservatives and Unionists candidate for Lagan Valley, Daphne Trimble, described them as 'impotent and hollow promises'.
